Hiya! Let's talk about delivery

Carrier companies

We ship goods via YunExpress and CNE (the carrier depends on your country). We use these services because they offer a great balance between speed and cost. According to our contract, the carriers promise delivery within 7-14 days (though in my experience, it's usually 6-11 days). These time frames apply to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. If you live in another country, delivery times may vary.

Once the order arrives at the customs warehouse in your country (by the way, you don’t have to pay customs duties when ordering from us 😎), the package is delivered by your national postal service. For example, in the USA, it's USPS; in the UK, it's Royal Mail. The delivery times mentioned above include the regional postal service's delivery to your door.

Processing time

If you've placed an order, you can change your address, modify the product, cancel the order, and request a refund. However, these changes can only be made during the order processing period (processing times are listed in each product's description). Once the order is processed and a tracking number is issued, we are unable to make any changes, as the goods have already been handed over to the postal service and are on their way to you.

Delay

Delivery times may deviate from the specified schedule during peak periods, such as Black Friday, or due to quarantine restrictions. During these times, carrier companies and customs warehouses in your country can become overloaded, leading to potential delays.

To avoid delays, consider placing your orders well in advance of seasonal sales or holidays. We process orders as quickly as possible on our end.
If a delay exceeds 2 weeks, we will send a similar product for FREE.

Accidents 

Nothing is perfect, and occasionally goods may be damaged during transportation. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible at info@spacekey3d.com, and attach a photo or video of the damage. 

If the damage is minor, we will assist you with repairs. If the damage is beyond repair, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

If the damage was caused by you, you will need to cover the cost of the replacement product or parts. However, we offer a significant discount for such cases.

Resume 

After placing an order, you will receive it in the following timeframe: processing time + delivery time as indicated above.

For example, if the processing time is 2 days and delivery to the USA is 6-11 days, you can expect to receive your order in 8-13 days after placing it (2 days processing + 6-11 days delivery).
